"I've made two purchases from this company..."
I've made two purchases from this company and I'm really happy with the items and how fast they shipped. Knowing they’re not based in the US, I kept that in mind before placing my order and prepared myself, as any savvy shopper would. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with everything about this company.

"Avoid This Company!"
Steer clear of ordering from this business. They’re quick to grab your cash, but once they do, it’s like you don’t exist. I placed an order and didn’t get any confirmation at all. When I called to cancel, they insisted it had already been shipped. I was advised to wait a whole 28 days before reaching out again. Deep down, I suspected it was a scam when I made the purchase. I really should’ve trusted my gut.

"Avoid This Company"
They grab your cash and don’t deliver your stuff, then they block you from accessing their site to track your order. I got scammed for $64.00. Seriously, steer clear of them!

"Awful business!!!"
Awful business!!!! I received fake products shipped from South Africa and it took a whole month to arrive!!! Poor company, awful customer support—make sure to read labels and verify serial numbers on anything you buy. Plus, they won’t sell to folks with a lot of pets like breeders or rescues, so watch out!!!

"Poor Communication"
Last week, I ordered some flea medication. I didn’t receive any confirmation email, but when I looked up the order status, it showed as shipped. Now, a week later... still no emails, no calls, and no products. I checked the order status again today, and it still says shipped, but there’s no tracking number. They informed me that my order was canceled and my money refunded because they couldn’t verify me as a first-time buyer. I never got any email about that. There was nothing mentioned during the ordering process about needing verification. And if they tried to call, it probably got caught in the spam filter. If I had known, I would’ve checked that. This service is just useless, and honestly, I’m not sure if I even want to reorder, even with a discount code.

Delivery took way too long. I made an order on January 2nd, 2023, and it’s still not here as of January 31st, 2023. My dog's medication is due tomorrow, so I gotta pick it up locally. The tracking info shows the items just got to New York today, and I'm down in Florida. Looks like I won't be seeing these anytime soon.

"Fraudulent Practices"
These folks are super quick to grab your cash but don’t bother sending your stuff. You gotta call and just hope someone picks up. Twice, I got a message saying they couldn’t take my call, and I had to either leave a message or try again later. After finally getting through to someone, I was told I had to verify my info. I ordered Revolution for my pup, who weighs 11 pounds, and I picked the product meant for an 11-pound dog. Now they’re saying I should’ve ordered by Kilograms. There’s nothing on their site that mentions this, and the info for the product was clearly listed in pounds. The worst part? They didn’t even try to let me know about this. They just took my money and left me to figure out why my order wasn’t being shipped.

"Frustrating website and customer support"
I was really trying to make a purchase, but it just wouldn’t work. On the checkout page, there were no options to complete my payment. I reached out to customer service and ended up with a rep whose accent was tough to follow, and he didn’t quite get what I was saying either. We just kept going around in circles, rehashing the same issues. Even his supervisor had a similar accent, so I decided to bail. I’ll look for a company that makes it easier to spend my money.

I don’t usually write reviews unless a business truly provides excellent service. But today, I noticed I’m heading back to this same place again for their fantastic deal on a Soresto flea collar. What I can find locally for as much as $70, I can snag here for less and with free shipping. This marks the third time I’ve ordered from PetCaresupplies, so I thought it was about time to give them some props. Awesome prices! A very happy customer.

Avoid buying Seresto collars from this fraudulent seller. Awesome price, but it's a total scam—these aren't genuine Seresto collars, just cheap knockoffs at 3 for $89.69.

I had a fantastic experience with PetCareSupplies.com. Before I placed my order for Bravecto, I reached out to their customer service since this preventative needs a vet's prescription in the US. I've been getting it from my vet for a while. They quickly got back to me, letting me know they source this preventative from countries where a prescription isn't necessary. I made my order on June 8th and got the Bravecto by June 15th. I opted for the $6.99 tracking option and was updated throughout the process. I ended up saving 50% compared to what my vet charges. I'm really happy with this company and would definitely recommend PetCareSupplies.com.

"Unresponsive support - orders canceled repeatedly"
Every time I ring the customer service line, it just goes straight to voicemail. Tried the text service too, but they leave you hanging on hold for about 10 minutes. I've made several tries to get dog meds, but each time, the orders get canceled.
