I have ordered from the company twice and have been very pleased with the products and shipping time. Recognizing they are not in the US, I was aware of that before ordering and planned accordingly, as a consumer should do. Very pleased with all aspects of the company.

Do not order from this company. They are eager to take your money but once they have it they are done. I ordered and never received any confirmation. I called and told them to cancel the order but they claimed it has already been sent. I was told to wait for 28 days to call back. I had a feeling when I ordered it was a scam. I should have gone with my instincts.

Our rescue has been using petcaresupplies.com for over a year and it is been a game changer. Quality meds, quick shipping, easy to communicate with them if there is a problem. We recommend this site to every adopter or person that asks.

They take your money n don't send your product then block you from getting on their site to check on your order they ripped me off for $64.00 don't use them

Terrible company!!!! Knock off products coming from South Africa and takes 4 weeks to get!!! Bad company terrible customer service better read labels and check serial numbers on any product. And they do not sell to customers with large numbers of pets such as breeder rescue etc. so buyer Beware!!!

I placed an order last week for flea meds. Never got an email with order confirmation but when i checked order status- it said shipped. A week gone... no emails, calls, products. I check order status again today amd it still says shipped. But no tracking number. They said they cancelled my order and refunded money since they couldnt verify me as 1st time buyer. I never got an email about anything. It never said anything on the order process anoit verifying. And if they tried to call - its called spam filter and if I had known i would have checked the spam filter. Worthless service and right now i dont know if i wany to replace the order even with discount code

Shipping too long
I placed an order 1/2/23 and it is still not here (1/31/23). My dogs meds are due tomorrow. I will have to buy locally. Tracking says the products just arrived in New York today and I am in Florida. No hope of getting these anytime soon.

These people are very quick to take your money an d not send your product. You have to call and hope someone answers. Twice I received a message that said they were unable to take my call and either leave a message or call back another time. After finally speaking to a person I was told I needed to confirm my information. I ordered Revolution for my puppy which weighted 11 pounds. I ordered the product listed for a 11 pound dog. They now tell me I needed to order by Kilograms. Nothing on their website mentions this and the information listed for this product on their website was by pounds. Now the worse part is they made no effort to inform me of this fact. They just took my money and it was up to me to find out why they were not shipping it to me.

I was trying hard to give them money, and I couldn't do it. On the "checkout" page, there was no way to finish checkout with any payment options. I called customer service and got an accent I couldn't understand, AND he couldn't understand my problem. We were going in circles plowing ground already covered. We went in circle after circle. His supervisor had a similar accent, so I signed off. I'll find an easier company to take my money.

My order of seresto collars turned out to be fake - I can't afford to return them so I'm probably not going to get my money back - I'm so disappointed that they are scamming people

I don't always give reviews unless a company really offers great service. However, I realized today that I am coming back to this same company again for their awesome price on a Soresto flea collar. What is offered locally for up to $70, I can get here lower and shipped free. This is the 3rd time I have order from PetCaresupplies, so I figured it's time to give them a shout out. Great prices! Very satisfied customer

Do not order Seresto collars from this scam. Great price great hoax, not real Soresto 3/$89.69 but totally counterfit collars.

Very simple, the prices are "Great" The delivery time is Good, the customer service is "very Bad" and if you get to contact someone by some luck, they can be "really Ugly"

Petcaresupplies.com is great. I contacted customer care prior to ordering Bravecto because in the US this preventative requires a vet prescription. I have been getting this from my vet. They responded right away explaining they get this preventative from Countries that don't require a prescription. I ordered this on June 8th and received the Bravecto on June 15th. I did pay the $ 6.99 for tracking and was kept informed each step of the way. I saved 50% off what I was getting this for from my vet. Extremely pleased with the Company. When I called the customer service number it goes to voicemail. Use the text service and they keep you on hold for 10 minutes.
I mean multiple attempts to order dog medication at each time orders are canceled.
